Some people are just annoying in nature

Annoying in a cute way
Annoying in thought-it-is a cute way
Annoying in a not cute way at all!

Any of them

Being able to be so and still surrounded by people
It sure is a skill
Being able to be so and still be the center of attraction
It sure is a gift

The acceptance is uncertain though
1. The attracted ones are too good to avoid
2. The attracted ones are the bff
3. The attracted ones are amused by it
4. The attracted ones might as well thought him/her as a clown

Anyways
The guts of being such and dare to sort it as charm
The guts of being such and insisting a personality
The guts of being such and still accepted
The guts of being such and not seem stupid
